Did you notice I looked for the FREE stuff?
The first app I like to share, is K12 Timed Reading Practice. It keeps record of the reading fluency of several students on the same ipod. It includes 250 fiction and non fiction short readings.
For social studies, I plan to use Mapper as a center to develop the identification of the 50 States of the Union.
In both cases, I hope students take the challenge to complete the activities faster every time they "play" with them.
